has over 100-person years of experience developing, customizing, optimizing,
and commercializing open-source-based toolchains for a wide range of use cases
from embedded systems to the most demanding HPC scientific applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Work across the toolchain spectrum including the compiler, assembler,
linker, libraries, debugger, and build system for LLVM ( and/or GCC) - Design, implement, and test compiler functionality, optimizations, and
library enhancements. - Implement extensions like OpenMP and OpenACC in the compiler and the
run-time library. - Improve support for offloading to GPU devices
- Implement extensions like OpenMP and OpenACC in the compiler and the
run-time library.
Valued Skills and Experience
- Open-source compiler development (LLVM and/or GCC)
- Knowledge of high-performance architectures such as CPUs (Arm, RISC-V, x86),
GPUs (AMD & NVIDIA), DSPs, etc. - C, C++ required, with Fortran, OpenMP, OpenACC, and/or Rust desired
- Parallel programming languages and runtimes
- AI/ML compilation
- Simulations tools development, like QEMU is a strong plus
- Must be able to work independently in a geographically distributed team, and be
self-motivated to achieve goals and complete projects on time - Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or relevant area
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
